thank you candid cool. it's one of those odd things that just jumped out at me from a rack, and i knew it was a unique piece. i bought it at a vintage shop, i think outside of los angeles, but i can't be sure since that was over 14 years ago. i posted somewhere else about it being a size 14. i'll probably have it forever. :)
